Who's That Baby Talent Group is a licensed full-service boutique agency. As a talent agent, we can negotiate contracts for you, have a work ethics code, rules, and regulations to follow. We work on commission after you are paid for the job.
We represent newborns, babies, toddlers and have a tween division up to 17 years old. We have quickly become the “go-to” agency for little ones. Who's That Baby also prides itself in nurturing and developing all our talent. Working closely with parents through every step.
Founded by long-time industry professionals including Sarah Thompson. Born in London, England, Sarah was a successful model in Europe in the ’70s. She moved to Los Angeles and worked as an executive assistant for a major studio for 10 years. Following her dreams, for the next 6 years, she worked as a Casting Director and has cast hundreds of projects from Los Angeles to New York.
She then helped launch Who's That Baby Talent Group with the support of tireless staff and great agents, Sarah and the company have helped launch and nurture many little careers over the past years.
Our Kids Rock! By cultivating a base of great talent, we are a proven resource for casting directors, producers, and directors across the country. Who's that Baby has worked on major shoots for catalogs, print campaigns, television commercials, fashion shows, and roles in TV series. Our little ones are some of the most sought-after kids in the industry.
